Our universe’s best-kept secret is a hidden land called Pajes, reserved for those who need its sanctuary the very most.

There, a long and intricate line of angelic heroes known as Guardians descend from the Threads of their two creators, one after the other, to keep those in need of their protection going strong.

Peculiar Threads tells the story of one of those Guardians, a grinning fellow calling himself Theodore, who vows to be the best Guardian he can be, in spite of having been woven with some rather peculiar Threads.

This story features a colourful cast of characters from many familiar walks of life. Enchanting and often downright silly, Peculiar Threads was written to resonate with those
who love quirky adventures with quirkier friends,,
suspending disbelief, and loving one another as well as one's self, peculiar Threads and all.

Peculiar Threads is written, drawn and created by me - Kat from CMYKatGraphics. I'm a queer WOC graphic artist  living in Atlantic Canada with my husband, Zachary (author of Sanity Line), my two handsome rabbits, Eldin and Faron, and the spirit of my elderly rabbit, Violet-Pepper.

Peculiar Threads is a story I have been toting around with me since I was very young. It has taken dozens of shapes and forms across the years, but it wasn't until I met my husband in high school that the story began to solidify into a tale I REALLY wanted to tell. In grade 10, he and I began to roleplay various stories with our respective cast of characters. And as our characters began to fall in love with one another, so did we! So really, if it wasn't for Zachary, Peculiar Threads would not be the great big thing it is to me today. Thanks, Zac!

I would be lying if I didn't say my journey to discover how my neurodivergent brain works didn't play a part in the story as well. If you choose to read Peculiar Threads, you may just see that for yourself. I hope you enjoy!
